While we never want to see you go, you do have the ability to close your account. Please contact Customer Support or your Account Manager before closing your account. Note: If you close your Company's Account, all users will lose access to all data effective upon closing account.
To proceed with closing your account -
- Select Plan & Billing from the main menu.
- Click the Close Account button.
- If you are sure you want to close your Company's Account, enter your Password and click the Close Account button. Note: We highly recommend contacting Customer Support or your Account Manager before closing your account.
- Your account is now closed. Please contact your Account Manager to reopen your account.
